Update from Sandston Comprehensive Dentistry

Hi , 

We hope that you and your family are doing well and we wanted to reach out to keep you updated on the status of our office.

On the recommendation of the American Dental Association and Virginia Dental Association we are continuing to see only patients who require emergency care. As it stands right now, we will reopen for all care on Monday, April 6^th, but this, of course, is subject to change, as everything is changing daily.

Thursday, March 26^th we will be contacting patients to cancel their appointments for the week of March 30 through April 3.

Please know that we are still here for you and do not want you to be in pain or have any issues. The office will be open normal hours 8am to 5pm,  Tuesday and Thursday each week to see patients with dental emergencies. Please call and leave a message on the office voicemail 804-737-4444, they will be checked multiple times daily Monday through Friday and someone will call you back to set up an appointment. You can also call Dr. White at 804-307-4696 or Dr. Thweatt at 804-690-6829 after hours or on weekends on their cell phones and they will help you.

Our number one priority is our patients and we do not want anyone to be in pain. We are taking extra precautions based on State, CDC, and ADA guidelines to make sure our office, staff, and patients are protected as we see emergency patients and begin to resume a normal schedule.

Again we hope to resume normal hours and patient care on April 6^th, but this is subject to change. If you had an appointment that we canceled during the time we limited our hours and treatment, don’t worry. You are our top priority and will be contacted to by our office to reschedule that appointment ASAP. We plan to extend hours in the middle and end of the day as well as open additional days in order to accommodate our patients so that their care is not neglected.
