I would like to share with you a concern: The lady who takes care of customers at the front desk needs to be more professional. Every time I go to an appointment she asks me, and every single member of my family for money that is due in our accounts, even though we have two dental insurances that should be covering our bills. I don't understand why every time we have a service/procedure done, there is always a balance that we are not made aware of. I would like for the office to make sure that my procedure gets covered by my insurances before I go to your office and find out about this when I get there. There are ways to ask customers for their balance in a more discrete manner. She is very loud and asks in a manner that the entire waiting area can hear her. Not only she is very loud, but she also asks for past due amounts in a way that anyone would think that the balances are high amounts of money or that the customer is well aware of having these balances for a while. It is always a surprise to have these balances in our accounts because we don't know about it until we visit your office. It would be greatly appreciated if these balances are printed out and given to the patient, so the patient can first be aware of these balances and then decide to pay or not at that moment. It is embarrassing to find out about these balances in front of all the rest of the patients, and to feel forced to pay for them right there and then, just because she is so unprofessional on the way she asks patients. Even though payments are made on the accounts she makes it sound as if these accounts are past due and never paid by the patient. There are other ways to communicate this information to patients. This is a violation of the privacy rights that patients are entitled to. I really hope you can take care of this situation to avoid losing patients. We are a family of four, and we are seriously considering going to a different dentist just because of this situation.

However I was not happy to be told, having never received an invoice, that I owed payment on a previous procedure from last spring. Having now contacted my insurer, I was now informed that the claim had been submitted twice but with different procedure codes, confusing their payment process. Now, with very little time left to contest the denied claim, I must scramble to try to correct the situation....very upset.

You are asked what you need to be more comfortable and less fearful. You learn better teeth and gum care as procedures are being done. You are given free samples and tools to take home to better care for your teeth and gums. I did not go to the dentist for many years because it was always a painful experience for me, a person with sensitive gums on top of major fear. I feel so fortunate to have found this practice because I will continue to go because i am confident that they will take excellent care of my teeth while they do all that is possible to allay my fears and keep me pain free.

And thereafter Laura took my xtrays and was so knowledgeable. She explained every part of the process and assured me throughout. Afterwards, Laura did a cleaning on my teeth and she was awesome! Not only was she patient with me, she was also friendly, courteous, and gentle! After she was done, Dr Krosser met with me and took every precaution to make sure there was no pain or discomfort as he examined my teeth. The staff were all friendly courteous. This was the most PLEASANT experience I ever had at the dentist.

I wish I had better oppurtunity to speak to Dr. Krosser in private. It is a little difficult for me to speak to him about certain things (financial, the gagging that I might experiance with the new teeth, etc.)in front of anyone. Overall he is a really good dentist and I trust him and that is a very difficult thing for me to do.

As usual my appointment was a pleasure. I always look forward to coming in! Really. Beth was very kind & Debbie performed my cleaning. I have sensitive slightly exposed roots, especially on & around my K-9's. This was the 1st time in probably 25 years that a cleaning didn't cause mind numbing pain. Debbie was very careful but still thorough. I really appreciate the quality work & will tell anyone looking for a dental office to "look no further"! Also Dr. Krosser spent as much time as necessary to answer my questions. I know I sound like an advertisement but it's all true.

Overall, I am pleased with the service I have received from your office. However, there is one receptionist ( pregnant) who never responds to my greetings...whether I am coming or going. As someone in a service profession, as well, I value courtesy and civility. In fact, I expect my staff persons to treat all clients with respect and courtesy irrespective of race, creed, or color, let alone station in life. Last evening, as I left and said, "So long" she did not respond, nor did she greet me when I arrived. The receptionist's role is an important one, as it sets the tone of the office. This frosty environment created by this one individual makes me dread entering and leaving the office. Otherwise, I am pleased with the level of professionalism and the overall quality of care I receive during my visits.

For this visit, I actually wound up getting to the office about a half hour late (need to get better at using my calendar for things other than work). Anyway, I was still able to go straight back for my cleaning without waiting and with a couple playful jabs at my lack of memory! This office is great and provides clear explanation of issues (or lack there of) and gets you in and out.

Dr Krosser is just now repairing fillings that his predecessor placed over 50 years ago! Dr. Alper selected the perfect partner to continuead grow his practice. The office is spotless, the open-concept room layout is very comfortable, the music is upbeat, everyone is happy and pleasant. Dr Krosser has perfected an anesthesia technique that makes dental work painless! Can't say enough!
