Been a long time customer. Always treated well. The hygienist have all been really good. Haley was really good. She had a noticeably gentle touch. Dr. Arriola has always been upfront and honest. Explaining everything. The new dentist (forget his name) was just the same.

Hailey is a great hygienist. She is very thorough and professional. I felt very comfortable and she let me know what she was doing through the cleaning process and suggested what I need to do between visits. I met Dr King who recently joined the team and he examined me and corrected an issue quickly. Both he and Hailey are the best.

Dr King took me in the next day to address the emergency I had with an abscessed tooth.. He correctly diagnosed the problem. Open the filling. medicated the tooth prescribed pain medicine and antibiotics. followed up. one week later. to perform a root canal. and explore options regarding a crown. I relied on his professional opinion and went forward to remedy my situation. He and his crew at the office were amazing. And their professionalism. and expediency was greatly appreciated. His office will be my go to dentist going forward.

I have the utmost trust and confidence in Dr. Arriola and Winchester Dental. He took so much time with me during my visit to explain an issue I needed resolved ASAP. Turns out, it wasn't as bad as a previous dentist tried to make it. I was so relieved.

Love the office staff. Only problem was no Dr Arriola....I was told there was another dentist overseeing and after waiting 15 go 20 minutes for him to review my x- rays, I decided I needed to get to work. Also made the technician who did my cleaning a little late for his next client. Never had this happen before.

Dr. Arriola is a very good dentist. He takes his time, his work is excellent, he is gentle and he is personable, everything a patient looks for in a doctor. I have been a patient of Dr. Arriola's for several years now. My daughter, who has been his patient for over 15 years, highly recommended him. She was right! He is the absolute best dentist I have ever had. He is very personable, honest, and does excellent work. I always feel relaxed and comfortable, which I never felt before with other dentists. My only regret is that I didn't become his patient many many years ago! From the front office, the hygienists, his assistants and his sweet wife, Renee, I give Dr. Arriola and each of them an A++ and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Super Friendly staff. I had a tooth break and the got me in the same day. The Doc took one look at it and said I should pull it. Was out of there in under and hour. 24 hours later my mouth feels way better than it has in years. I didn't even use any of the pain meds that were prescribed. Thank you Winchester Dental Group!

As always, my visit to Winchester Dental was the greatest. Staff is warm and friendly and professional ! We’ve been seeing Dr Andy for almost 18 years. We moved here in 2002. I had thought I’d be looking for a pediatric dentist. My husband had dental procedure done shortly after we moved here. Dr Andy called my husband personally, that evening, to check and see how he was doing. Right then, I decided Dr Andy and his staff were going to be our family dentist. Ever since then, everyone in our family has gone to Dr Andy or one of his people and we wouldn’t go anywhere else unless Dr Andy has referred us to someone else for more in depth dental work and care.

As always the experience is excellent ... but only 1 thing is and has been a tremendous inconvenience. Trying to leave a vmail that gets returned NEVER seems to happen. The whole paging-vmail messaging service is really poor. Andy this needs to get fixed. Case in point yesterday ... I found out you prescribed the wrong possible Antibiotic and wanted to talk to or your front desk. I left a message and phone number to have you folks to call me back and it never happened -- whats worse is you are closed on Fridays. Once again everything else is exceptional ... the call back process is a 20 year old process that needs to be modernized !!!

Before I became a client of Winchester Dental Group going to the dentist meant going to a facility to get mouth pain and my wallet emptied. The WDG is different. Their staff of professionals make you look forward to going to the dentist. You can walk into the WDG with a dirty mouth walk out with a clean one and your wallet will not be cleaned out either.

I was telling a friend that I was having a problem after my root canal and I contacted Dr. A. and he met me on a Sunday to take care of it. They could not believe that my dentist met me on a Sunday. I really enjoyed the staff and their knowledge and time in explaining my dental needs. My only negative would be upon entering the office, no one greeted me. The receptionist looked at me with a straight face and said, "name?" I gave her my name and she proceeded to question me about whether it was my first time there, collected my identification cards, gave me my paperwork, etc She never smiled, and I was a bit concerned about my visit and whether all the staff was going to be to unfriendly. The rest of the staff was super kind and friendly and the visit ended up being wonderful.

They were there supporting the school and the community. Besides the fact that they have a very friendly office staff, incredible dentists that really care and are communicative in regards to our families dental health care and options, they serve beyond their office and care for others in our community. That's pretty rare! In addition, my fifteen year old son has Down's Syndrome and before we found this office, always dreaded going to the dentist. They are so good with him and make him feel safe and well-informed in regards to what their doing to his teeth. It's been a real lifesaver! I would like to mention that in the forms I filled out it would be nice to have a place to give more detail re medical condition for instance: I had to check that I had rheumatism but that was LONG ago after rheumatic fever at the age of five, but it is all gone now (I had it early so I didn't have to have it in my older age) :)

Until yesterday, I had not needed to use his dental services, as I am usually out of the country. I am happy to report that I was delivered the good service I expected out of someone with the smarts and character of Dr. Arriola. I left the office much improved, and the entire experience was positive. I also appreciated the way the staff interact with one another. It appears everyone truly enjoys each other's company and that makes for a pleasant work environment for patients as well. Thank you Winchester Dental Group for your exemplary service!

The only complaint I had is was when I returned home about an hour later I was in extreme pain. I think the work angered the nerve. The next morning it wore off. The only way the pain would go away is if I held ice water in my mouth.

Excellent service with caring staff. It was the best teeth cleaning I think I ever remember and it was nice that I was seen right on time and left within an hour. I really enjoyed Ken's new book that I heard about during my visit. The only problem is I lost sleep this weekend because I couldn't put it down. I usually have a great experience at the dentist and I usually see Mark. But this time I had to see someone else to clean my teeth and he nicked my gums with the plaque scraper numerous times. Being punctual is important to me and the reason I left my last dentist is because he was always late and juggling 3-4 patients at a time. The time th doctor took with ms was very important.
